Regulatory Requirements-State of Missouri Regulations

CNMPs developed as part of the USDA-NRCS conservation planning process must follow applicable state and local law. As the USEPA-delegated permitting authority, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources issues National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits under the Clean Water Act.
