EQIP Activity Sheets were also available.  These sheets provided brief descriptions of EQIP policy for specific Conservation Practice options.

Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan (CNMP) Incentive Payment Initiative

A national initiative to provide financial assistance was being implemented in Missouri.  This limited opportunity was available to current FY07 EQIP contract holders to develop a CNMP, using the services of a TechReg certified Technical Service Provider (TSP).  FY07 EQIP contract holders who wished to participate in this CNMP Initiative contacted their local NRCS Office by close of business, Thursday, May 3, 2007, to schedule an opportunity for Field Office personnel to revise their existing FY07 EQIP contract.

EQIP Farmstead Windbreak Sign-up

A farmstead windbreak EQIP sign-up was held January 16 through February 28, 2007.  This EQIP sign-up focused exclusively on windbreaks and shelterbelts around animal feeding operations, headquarters and/or farmsteads.
